The only problem is that it is already named for you, but there are ways to change that.
To install a profile just download it, and place it in ‘Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles. (Just make sure you download one for ETS 2 1.36 and that you have one for the appropriate DLCs I’m case you have any, the link above is for no DLCs so that will work anyway).
