Seems extremely durable and has a simple design (which I like less to go wrong). I have not run drills at the range with this holster but based on the overall feel I am glad I went with the low rise over the high rise for my stance and draw. For the first time out in the woods with it, I took a screw driver to adjust the tension just in case the weather affected the bushings not needed as an afterthought. The adjustable retention takes a little bit to adjust, but in less than an hour, I had it dialed in just right. However, I do not have anything on my lower rail I would be surprised if anything at all on the bottom rail would fit in the holster.
The picatinny rails on the pistol are not affected by this holster. I'm using this gun mainly as a snake gun when hunting the woods of NC and this holster does not interfere with my movement or other items I have on me while walking, stalking, or sitting in the woods. The fit is perfect and leaves the pistol at a very comfortable height for removal and insertion to the holster.
